If I take ownership of them and try to delete them, I get an error that I don't have permission because 2 seconds after I took ownership the folder was recreated Which would make me think of corrupted updates in their WSUS.... This is quite an unusual problem, but if it happens to you, it's a pain in the ass!
Can it be disabled? Certain registry cleaners wipe out the "ScopeToMonitor" value if it contains a folder location that doesn't exist. Thanks so much!
