Her ISP told her she would have to change the IP address to be able to connect and gave her instructions to do so. Any suggestions? I look in my network places in my network connections and both my connections are missing. (wireless and lan). I tried to uninstall the hardware driver, but the connection instance created after re-install does the same thing.
