I may be wrong, but it seems that my clock problems started shortly after making this change. Windows 10 Time Won't Sync In Services Manager, navigate to Windows Time service and double-click on it. Right click on it and choose Restart.

I've recently reformatted, tried everything in this thread (I don't have McAfee) And I still get the error message. This is especially true of older Windows releases and remains true for Windows 7.
